Audition Guidelines for Nighthawks!

Hello! Thank you for considering auditioning for Nighthawks, our upcoming dark vampire urban fantasy game! If you are interested in learning more about what kind of game this is, please check out the Nighthawks page on Steam.

Please read these guidelines before submitting:

Submission Deadline is Tuesday, April 25th at noon Eastern time. OVER! Sorry we will not be accepting any more auditions.

• Audition for as many roles as you want!
• We are going to prioritize POC actors for the POC roles. So please choose accordingly.
• Send all files as MP3 attachments. Each character gets its own MP3.
• Please do not zip the files, or use a transfer service like wetransfer.
• Label your MP3 files with “character’s name – your name” ( i.e., “Indiana Jones – Harrison Ford”).
• Email subject should please read “Audition – your name”.
• The recording sessions will be held remotely over Zoom, so please record your audition from the same microphone/setup as you will for the final recording.
• If the above is not possible (e.g., you are travelling/on tour/etc), please attach a sample of something recorded from your usual setup.
• The rate is $250 per hour, with a two hour minimum.
• We will start recording in late May-ish.

We will be reviewing the auditions after the deadline and will be making the final casting decisions over the following few weeks. If you are not cast, you will not hear back from us. Please don’t let this discourage you from auditioning for us again in the future!
