Missing my purchase!

I recently just bought the full game of Gemini Rue and I haven't received a download link for it. It shows that the purchase went through on my credit card but I haven't received a copy of the game. Please help I have been dieing to continue after playing the demo!

Hi Ben.  Hm!  I've gone in and reactivated your download link, which resends the email containing the URL.  Looks for an email with the subject "Download reset."  Be sure to check your spam folder.

Let me know if you still don't receive it.

I still haven't received an email with a download link. I check my inbox and junk mail.  :'(

Maybe you might want to check your account and make sure your email addy is correct.

The email is correct. The admin has been emailing me. I get regular emails but have yet to receive the download email.
