Recording voices

May I ask what program is used to record the voices in these games? From the Puzzle Bots' recording session videos, I saw that it was recorded at home, I think, and they come out excellent in the game. :) And I've read some time ago that Dave voiced the devil in Blackwell Legacy. How was his voice lowered?  ;D

Hi Nic. I record and edit the voice footage using a free program called "Audacity." It's pretty handy! 

As for how I did the devil... it's been a long time that I forgot!  I know I added an echo and I lowered  the pitch... and maybe something else.  I know for sure that I talked about how I did it during the in-game commentary.  If you have the commentary active when you first hear the devil speak, you'll hear how it was done.

i used audacity for my projects :D
really nice , easy to use and handy software .
