Fatman Ending - Can anyone help?

Sooooooooooooo I'm not sure if I've screwed up, or if I'm missing something, but the end of Fatman is alluding me. All that happens is he gets mutated. Can anyone help? I've looked around but it seems all the walkthrough are for what seem to be the "old" ending.....

I'm not quite sure where you're stuck in the ending of the game. However, if you explore the download folder you'll find that the SE version of the game comes with a complete .txt file walk-thru.

Ah... wait I do remember changing one thing about the SE version, you have to drink the chlorine.
