Convergence on casual gaming portals
« on: July 22, 2009, 06:06:51 PM »
Hi,
When can we expect Convergence on BigFIshGames or PlayFirst. I am already premium member on both of them so I was going to buy the game from there.
If it will then for how long should I wait?
Thanks.

Big Fish and PlayFirst are all set to take it, but I'll see if I can get it working on *this* site before I put it on any others! :)

I just sent the Big Fish build off to the developer manager there, so you should see it on BFG sooner than later.

It's on PlayFirst now and going on iWin soon!

If anyone on the various portals' forums need help, feel free to direct them here!  I check them once in a while but it's hard to keep track of all of them.

Is PSN considered a "casual gaming portal"?
'cause I'd like that very much.

Playstation Network?  That would rock, yes.  But from what I understand, it's not that easy to port too and is quite expensive to get a license!  At least, it is according to John Green (who did the Background art for ECC and the upcoming Puzzle Bots) who does freelance work for them.

Consoles and iPhone are a bit out of my reach, I'm afraid.  Not sure if the benefits outweigh the cost/effort of the work involved!  Tell everyone you know to buy my games and perhaps one day I can afford it! lol.
