Believe me, I have tried. :) I zap them when I see them. They tend to come in force when I release a new game, then die down.

Siigh. I take a few weeks off from the forum and it drowns in spam bots. Zapping 'em now. I am almost ready to just give up on this thing.

I don't like discord... :-|
I have a phpbb3 forum, and I never have any spambots problems ; there are effective extensions to avoid them (sortable drag-and-drop lists of words for example, or even just answer a question, usually do wonders...)

Or a moderator/administrator validation of new accounts, more simply (?)
