I can't wait to play Unavowed, unfortunately I get the following error message when I try running it :

This is the GoG version, I'm on windows 10 64 bits.
I tried running the winsetup.exe but got the same error. I also tried compatibility mode, running as admin...

I could not find a clear answer online. I saw that similar errors do happen for other Wadjet Games but the solutions would not work. Strangely, I can run Shardlight and Technobabylon on steam but they sometimes (just sometimes) get this error too.

I really fail to understand what is going on.

Hello!I'm not sure what happened but does your game folder have all the necessary files to start the game.If so,have you tried to change the compatibility in the propreties?Sorry if i couldn't solve your problem.

I think it does. I reinstalled the game several times to be sure.
I also tried changing compatibilities but it didn't help.

Hello again!This might not be useful but did you check that you have the latest version of the drivers.Because if the problem is not from the file then maybe it will be from other causes.Sorry if am not being helpful again.

Hello!I was thinking if you could send me a screenshot for the game folder to check if all the files and folders are in.You know,sometimes a little file corrupts the game.Thank you!

Hello again!I just compared my files and you have some missing files and some additional files.This is how your files must be.You must have a rar called "goggame-1637485057" and a rar called "webcache".The additional files need to be deleted (those in red).Hope this works.If it didn't i'll still think of a solution...

I'm afraid it didn't solve it.
I also tried to install with GOG galaxies and with the offline installer, the same problem happens.

This might not be useful but did you check that you have the latest version of the drivers.
