Can't get the game to fit on the screen

I've tried three different resolution settings (including different ratios), and the game always looks like this:



Any recommendations for how to get the game to fit on the screen when in full screen mode?

Update: 1600 x 900 works well, but running the game with this configuration permanently changes my display settings. It's very annoying to have to go into Windows and change my monitor back to its normal settings every time I quit the game. Is there a way to run the game that won't permanently change my display settings every time?

Have you tried running in Direct3D or DirectDraw mode?

That did it! Thank you, Dave!

Also, before (in OpenGL mode), the mouse was quite laggy, but now that is also fixed.

Can't wait to play this game :)
