My guess is that you'd have better luck asking around elsewhere (Twitter or Reddit maybe) as these forums are pretty dead. I myself only ever had two copies, one of which I gave to a fan translator, and alas I can't bear to part with the other.

They were made-to-order when the game came out as a pre-order bonus, so only a limited number were made. Although if anyone does have one, the folks who hang around this forum people probably would. Sadly, I don't have any additional copies either. Good luck in your search!
