Anyone else enjoy escape rooms?
« on: February 21, 2016, 01:45:21 AM »
I just got on the trend and tried an escape room and I'd have to say I'm hooked I escaped my first room with 9 minutes to spare and one I did today had 3 minutes to spare, I think my love for adventure games and puzzles has a big influence on why I'm a fan of this growing trend.

Anyone else try one?

Do you mean the "real life" escape the room games? I've always meant to try one! There are a whole bunch of them here in NY.

Yah they "lock" you in (not really because of fire code) but you have 1 hour to find clues and unlock locks to escape, it's fun

It really sounds fun! Unfortunatly, there's nothing similar here..

I've only tried it once. Sadly, we did not finish in time (some of the puzzles we had were poorly designed in my opinion), but it definitely reminds me of playing through adventure games.
