escape from prison bug - contains solution

When you push over the HVAC and kill the guard, then you use the listening device on the speakers, the guard becomes alive again. However he is irrelevant and you can go down the ladder without a problem.

This bug was fixed in the recent patch. Did you update and it's still happening?
