Horror adventures
« on: January 23, 2016, 08:55:45 AM »
I am a great fan of the Clock Tower series and I was wondering if we'll ever get a Wadget Eye horror adventure? I think it'd be very interesting to see.

Regards!

Blackwell is not a horror, it's a mystique story. Among recent pixel horror games(not including rpgmaker games)  I can remember only Claire.

So I bought The Charnel House Trilogy. Love horror games, and pixel-based adventure games, so I think I'll have a great time. Thank you!

The "Czho Mythos" is a great series of horror adventure games. They were made by Ben "Yahtzee" Crowshaw (of Zero Punctuation fame) and they are FREE!

The proper order to play them in is:
5 Days a Stranger
7 Days a Skeptic
Trilby's Notes
6 Days a Sacrifice

Yeah, I noticed! I love his art. I enjoyed the game a lot, it's become one of my favourites, hopefully there will be a sequel in 2016. Also, does Dave have a cameo or something? I saw his name on the end credits.

Sort of. I helped the dev out with one of the recording sessions (Abe Goldfarb) and she took some stuff I said during the recording and put it into the game. It was a fun session, since Abe's character was so weird he kept making me laugh. The Owlcave dev put it up on Youtube:
