Bug in Blackwell Epiphany?

Hi
I can't finish game...Rosa is in the mental ward and joey can't wake her up.. If you switch to Rosa she's out on the ledge in the void with her auntie..If you try and get her to exit she just talks to her aunt and the aunt just tells her to enjoy the scenery..Switching back to Joey if he goes in the Dr's cell theres nothink to blow like a scaple..Is this a bug?  :-X

Ok I got it straightened out..Finished the game And I am 73 now and I was almost in tears...The ending was bitter sweet..Dave's writing was outstanding and the ending so moving..
I'm greedy,I want more..Thanks Dave..
