Dave & Janet, I want to thank you soo very much for porting Blackwell to Android! Thank you, Janet, for all your hard work on this. I'll be looking forward to finding the rest of the series on Android. I love Blackwell and have always highly supported WEG. You guys are fantastic!

You are more then welcome! To be fair, it's the guys at Apportable who are responsible for the android version. They take our iOS source code, work some magic, and out pops the Android port. They are great partners.

Well, I'm glad you have such great partners...leave it to you guys to pick the good ones,  LOL.
Thank them very much for me.  ;D

I'm sure it will get updated, but I started Legacy (on my new smartphone) and there's no voice. Thanks so much, I love you guys to pieces!!

Hi, Dave
I tried Legacy on my tablet, also, and find the same "missing voices" issue.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 and my tablet is a Samsung Tab 2 7".
I do love having Blackwell everywhere, from my pc to my phone and tablet. Yay!

Yes, we are aware. Could you post your brand of device on this facebook thread? https://www.facebook.com/WadjetEyeGames/posts/10152763973924458

The guys at Apportable are watching that thread and hopefully will fix it soon.

Game Freezes on Android
« Reply #6 on: September 30, 2014, 04:25:01 PM »
Hello,

I recently bought the Blackwell series on Humble Bundle. I started playing Legacy on my Android Tablet, which is a Dell Venue 8 with Android 4.4.2. However, if I play it for any length of time, the game will freeze during a conversation. Specifically while talking to the security guard at Belvue and then, after restarting the game, it would freeze every time during the conversation with Dr. Quentin. I figured that maybe I had bugged the game by avoiding Nishanthi, so I restarted the game and went to the park first, but then during the conversation with Nishanthi, the game froze as well.

The characteristics of the bug are that the screen freezes, all dialogue ceases, and the character portrait of the person talking stops moving. I cannot access the menu, inventory, or interact with anything on the screen.

Is anyone else having this problem, is it a known issue? If not, does anyone have a theory about what's causing it?

Thanks!

P.S. I also have the game on Steam and I'm enjoying it a lot, but it looks and feels a lot better on a tablet  :) so I'd prefer to play it there.

I own all of the Blackwell games, and enjoy them very much.  Is there any other way to get the Android versions, other than the Humble Bundle?  I bought all the games through GoG.

Thank you,
Starcrest

They should pop on on Google Play any day now. Knock on wood.

Hi guys!

I'm just about to dive into Blackwell games but I was wondering if you were planning on porting the last 2 entries in the series on Android. Please say you will!

Thanks!
