Permission for a specific "IP" idea?

As said previously, I'm writing a magical novel and I would like to add "Tomo" as an easter egg. (Using it as a spam or Internet Service Provider wink).

Can I, pleeeeeeeaaaaseee? :P

Lol interesting coincidence I too added Tomo to an ad billboard I was texturing, it never crossed my mind to me to ask for permission tho. ;)
