Playing Gemini Rue in Linux
« on: November 16, 2013, 07:22:14 PM »
I've been playing Gemini Rue in Linux, using the open source AGS interpreter, and I'm  happy to say that at least for me, it's working almost flawlessly.

The only things I've noticed to be missing is that I don't get see the falling raindrops animation, and there is no sound on the main menu screen. At first I took this to be an AGS bug, and filed a bug report about it, but apparently it's the game itself disabling some features on non-Windows systems.

It's not a big problem, of course, and now I know how to work around it if I want to. But if there ever is a bugfix release, perhaps this could be fixed as well?

I play the Linux version of Gemini Rue on Linux (Ubuntu 13.10 64bits) and I haven't noticed any bug.
The file I have is this one "GeminiRue_Linux_1387306558.sh"
