bug on iphone4

Hello.  I have been enjoying the game on my iPhone 4, up until a point that I got horribly stuck in the memory wiping institution.  I could find nothing to do after the elevator door opens only part way, and you learn how to move boxes.

I looked up what is supposed to be done, [spoiler]move the box all the way to the right, climb it, and use the wire to fix the elevator. However, the wire[/spoiler] does not show up as a clickable item for me.  I have tried leaving the room and coming back, reloading a save game, moving the box around to see if it needs to be in a specific place...  none of it helped.

Am I boned?

I have had this bug reported before, and was unable to make it happen for me, so I could not fix it.

What puzzles me is that there is no item called "wire" in that room, and the other guy who reported it also mentioned he could not find the wire. I wonder if you are both using a misleading walkthrough? The item is called a "plug" in the game. Could you link me to the walkthrough?

Also if you still have the saved game, could you take a screenshot of how the screen looks? (Simultaneously hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons, then release them together.)

That room is very complicated, so it can be very hard to tap on the little items, for which you have my apologies.

I have the same problem, but on SIII Mini (Android 4.1, game from Humble Bundle). I guess only save file after this event could help.

I think something is wrong with your devices, I don't have any problem .
