I just wanted to comment how much I love these games-- one of my favorite modern day adventure series!

Are you going to keep the portraits as they were in deception? I thought the portrait style from convergence (faces and talking) was the best of the bunch. That was one of my major gripes with deception over the others. Also, what kind of sound recording do you guys use? I noticed random p pops (took me out), though I loved the voice acting overall!

Thanks! We're a small shop so we use whatever we can afford! Convergence was made when we had more money coming in. Deception was made when we, um, didn't. We DID get a new microphone for Deception, though. We used to use a cheap headset microphone which created a lot of those breath pops. I've become better at avoiding them and removing them.

Thanks for the response, I always love to hear dev's reasoning/decisions on their games. As for the sound issue, why not just get a USB condenser mic and wind screen? They are fairly inexpensive now (around 80 USD) and have great sound quality! Love your games, keep it up! :D

Ah! I read that wrong earlier (you got one during deception- not that you were still using a headset), but still it is neat to see some voice work being done!

It's good to know the Episode 5 is on the way.
I got "chained" with the ending of the Episode 4 (Blackwell Deception). It will be interesting to know someone is treading Rosa's heels.

I want to buy this game through Steam when It's ready.

I have just finished the four Blackwell games and would just like to say I'm excited about the new one on the way! You should be proud of yourself Dave Gilbert on a job well done. The music is also top notch!! Nostalgia-ville! :)

Its exciting to see there coming out with a 5th Blackwell game. IMO its one of the best adventure games of all time. I haven't been this pleased with an adventure game since Steve Purcell was making adventure games for Lucas Arts such as : The Dig, Full Throttle, Day of the Tentacle, Sam & Max & Indiana Jones (Fate of Atlantis).  I hoping to play the 5th Blackwell soon & also I wonder if they could release a playable demo at least a month or two before, that ways it keeps us fans busy until the arrival of the full game. 8)
