What's the latest version?

Have there been any updates to Resonance since the discs were produced? I just want to know whether I'm fine to install off the disc or would I be better off downloading one of the digital copies I got?

I want to be running the latest version but I don't want to waste bandwidth if I can help it.

Sorry! The upcoming launch has made me more flaky about forum replies than normal.

The game has not been updated since the DVD was printed. So you should be fine.

There is a small update from the version that was on the DVDs, but it only fixes one small crashing bug that is easy to avoid (don't switch player character when Anna and Ed talk in the hospital!), so you should be safe to play the DVD version.

Ah, thanks! Do you know how I can download the most recent version anyway? My BMT Micro links seem to have expired.

Really? The BMT Micro links are not supposed to expire. Could you email me and tell me what error message you receive? I will forward that to BMT and see if I can get it sorted.

I went to check, for the heck of it, and all of my BMT Micro links have expired also. "File Download Error" "The password has expired" and contact info. I don't need new ones, as I kept the installer plus have the CD, but thought I'd post for confirmation that my links expired as well.

Same as Jazzy, it says my password has expired.

What's more, it says "The above password information expires on Friday, July 20, 2012. Please make sure that you download the product(s) before this date." in the email with the links, so it's obviously deliberate (on BMT Micro's part).

EDIT: The Primordia email doesn't mention expiring so I think it'll be fine. The Resonance one said it would and it did.

I too backed up the download and still have the CD, but since they're outdated now I'd like to update my back up.

That's really strange! Email me and I'll send you through to BMT who can reactivate your download. So sorry about this.

Thanks, I'd appreciate that. I haven't finished the game yet, but I think I'm past the area with the bug. Don't apologise though, I saw the notice so I knew it was going to expire. I mostly want the update for completeness's sake, so I have the most recent version in my backup (a bit OCD I know).

BMT still not implemented download history list? They keep showing this "Order History - Coming Soon!" message for many months. And I always lose these emails with download links
