Boxed Edition arrived - pretty banged up
« on: August 26, 2012, 11:55:49 AM »
Heya,

the boxed edition of Resonance arrived. When I saw it was not packed in a proper cardboard box I already expected what I will see when it's unpacked. The box was banged up pretty bad during transport. Veeery unfortunate and I have to say it makes me not want to buy another boxed game here. For the next time, please use a proper box. I ordered other games from the U.S. and it doesn't make a difference p.p. wise to use a box instead of a plastic bag...

Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Malko. Could you email me directly? I'll get another one shipped to you.

The same thing happened to me but I figured that's because it was shipped all the way to Germany (where I live).
Yeah, it's kinda sad and a real box would have been better.

Just to let you know, I had no problems with the packaging. My box arrived in perfect condition over here in Germany.

Mine's a bit banged up, but not enough to be worth replacing. Future boxed editions would definitely benefit from sturdier packaging though...

My Blackwell Deception DVD case was a bit smashed up, but I just swapped that with one from a game I don't care about. :P
