Hi all,
I just joined the forum because I wanted to get more involved with Wadjet Eye Games after playing this brilliant title.

I personally think the puzzles were all very well designed. I played the game continuously completing it within around 6 hours. What I loved was that unlike a lot of other adventure games Resonance didn't have much pixel hunting, so if you were stuck it was generally a logical problem instead of a much more tedious 'go look for something problem'. The story was also engrossing and not at all cliche or predictable.

For anyone interested I've made a Facebook fan page:

Welcome to the forums! I'm glad you enjoyed the game. :) Have you played any other games made or published by WEG yet? I love the Blackwell series, also. Nice FB page!

Thanks Jazzy.
No I haven't, but like you I started playing Gemini Rue recently. Although tbh I'm a bit disappointed. :(

And thanks for the compliment but it's just a placeholder. Resonance didn't return any results before so I made the page hoping it might help introduce a few new players.

I'd like to start it again; it might just not be my cup of tea. I gave my hubby an extra key I had for it and he just started. He saw me play the beginning and felt like I did, but wants to give it a try.

These games are done by different people, so I keep that in mind, and there's a title by Wadjet that I don't think I'd be interested in at all, but that's ok.

Blackwell isn't anything like Gemini Rue, IMO, just to let you know, and those and Resonance are my faves, so far. :)

They are all different experiences, that is why I love them so much.

Make sure to play them in the released order to get the most out of them and to avoid spoilers. :)

I've been playing Legacy, but I'm having major trouble with the difficulty even with a guide. Atm I'm trying to get a name to give the hospital clerk so I can see Susan, I needed a guide to tell me what to do and I still can't get the correct events to happen.  :'(

Edit:
Phew, I just completed it. Rosa was a nice character and I think her voice acting was a good fit. But on a negative note I feel like the game play was just a case of running though all the dialogue options and walking in circles hoping for things to happen. Are the other games similar?

Let's take this into the Blackwell forum, if we're going to be talking game specifics. It's been a while since I played, but ask any questions and I'll be happy to help if I can! :)
