Well, since the difference between the will and the blueprint is three letters and three numbers, you need to calibrate the arm to point to location that's +3/+3 from M20.

HIGHLIGHT FOR ANSWER: P23

Ok, I can't get mine working either. P20 and N19, and yet when I go from M20 to O21, it doesn't work. Help? Am I putting this code in wrong?

Yeah, you're inputting it wrong... for some reason, you're adding to the number, while deducting from the letter, even though in your case such is not possible, as N19 is -2 / -1 from P20. You should either be adding, or deducting, not both :P

I can't help you more than that, since you didn't specify which location was which item :/

This is what having a learning disability does to you I guess, I don't know. P20 is the juno lab blueprint, the morales document is N19. Can you help out?

Hang on, it was actually my brain that was mixed. If Morale's Will is at N19 and the lab prints are at P20, adding +2 / +1 to M20 should work... so O21 should be correct O_o

Are you absolutely sure about the locations?

I am absolutely sure. And yet when I press 'save' nothing happens. Is there an additional step before or after that?

Well, you have to use Bennet to fetch the Will again, so the arm actually retrieves the blueprints. It doesn't just throw the blueprints out automatically after you've re-calibrated it :P

I'm beginning to think that there needs to be a stickied topic about this puzzle. Lots of people have trouble with it, but it doesn't seem all that tough (to me). It would also save on the many threads that seem to generate from this (even though it's slowed down after the initial rush to finish).

Hmm, I wouldn't know which topic would best be stickied, and what I think is the longest one has so many spoilers in yellow that I saw things I wish I hadn't seen. It doesn't seem to be that big of a forum problem, to me, and people who read some thread subjects before posting can probably find a few now.
