I was at the point where you realign the arm grabber thing to get the box from the police records building. I couldn't get the guy on the desk upstairs to run the machine again after I reconfigured it. I'd gone to "The Wizard of Oz" and he'd told me to get the FTTN of that guy. That's where I stopped playing.

So I've started again today and I have no idea what to do and any kind of momentum I had has been lost. I can't get the FTTN because the woman is on the desk in the Antevorta room and I still can't figure out how to get the desk cop to run the machine again. I don't want any explicit instructions, but can someone say the room the next step takes place in at least, or with what item if it's more item-based. These games just kill me when I go around every screen clicking on everything with everything in my inventory, so I'd like to at least focus it on a certain angle before I start hopelessly clicking on stuff.

Edit
I also have no option to go to the graveyard despite it being mentioned in both the earlier plot scene and in hints.

Johnsen (desk cop) isn't the one who uses the wall computer to receive anything. He only uses his computer and needs to be asked something.

Anna wants to take Ed to the cemetary. Try using their different dialogs with each other.

The receptionist that guards the Antevorta box doesn't leave. Try using different characters to speak with her.

The FTTN is found using DNA.

Thanks for the help. That should get me on my way. The reason I thought Johnsen was the one who activated the filing machine was that after making him explain the fax machine so another character can sneak in, the wall computer is offline when clicked on. I hacked into his computer and got some info from there but there didn't seem to be an option to put the wall computer online again. I'll do the other things you hinted at and then go through that part again.

Edit
I'd missed the discarded pill bottle that Ozzy threw away. Just happened to notice it and kicked myself for not remembering that little detail or picking it up at the time. Hopefully now that that's out of the way, it'll lead through to getting the right thing to ask Johnsen so the machine will be activated again.

No problem glad to help.

Also, a room you'll want is one connected to your forum icon.  ;)
