Help on blueprints

I have recalibrated the archive retrieval machine, but I do not have the ability for Bennett to ask for the will again.  It is not present in my LTM or STM.  Anna will not give Bennett the death certificate nor will she talk to him about it so that I can access that memory again.  How do I request the death certificate from Johnson again?

Are you saying that you asked for the Will already, using Bennet's LTM, and now the LTM disappeared?

Have you (highlight spoiler) talked with Tortoise about them? Did you actually get the Will and give it to Anna?

No, I didn't get the will yet.  That might be the problem.  I have the death certificate, but I can't figure out how to get the FTTN for Javier.  Can't get the receptionist to leave the Research floor of the hospital

You don't have to get the receptionist to leave. You just need to use the same guy you used before to access the mainframe. There should be a handy memory he can use on the receptionistto gain access.
