Stuck at the police department

Hi guys, i got stuck for a while now and i can't figure out how to continue the game.

Here's my problem:
i'm at the police dep. and i got the key-card taken from the "Tortoise alarm" guy.
I returned to the police terminal with my card, used it, went to the computer to grab my documents but it asked me for a "security code", after i do the log in.

I have no idea of what it is nor how to grab it.
Do i need it to get the blueprint?

Any little hints (possibly not the solution itself, since i hoped i could finish this game all by myself! :-\ )?

You have to ask Johnsen for some unclassified documents.

Yes, you should (a LTM, IIRC). Perhaps you still haven't that thing, in which case you'll have to get it first ;)

Yes. Get the info from Ray's contact and follow that lead. Eventually, you'll get something to use in that dialogue box.

Remember that you can have characters ask each other for help! With 4 playable characters, that's a lot of hints!

the problem was that i didn't talk to Tortoise about the vault. That unlocked the dialogue option i was looking for.

I'm stuck to..

When I lure officer Johnson away from his desk and let Ray pass through to the "city archive" where I use the "master keycard" I select the Juno Lab prints and heads back to the "interrogation room".
Then when i'm D.Bennet I have only one option to request: J.Morales Will.. Not sure what to do since I wont get the blue prints..
Edit, my numbers are Blueprint: V13 Will: T17


I think i've been talking to everyone about everything need som help please  :-[

Hint 1:
The master keycard won't give you the right to override access settings. It is used for calibration - to ensure the arm gets the documents that are requested and not, for example, the neighboring documents, wink wink.

Hint 2:
You need to mess with the system to get you the document you need (the blueprints) when you request the document you can access. For that, you need to miscalibrate the arm in a specific way.

Hint 3:
Find out the storage numbers for the blueprints and the will.

Hint 3.5:
Hack into Johnsen's computer.

Hint 4:
You need the arm to point at the blueprints when Johnsen requests the will. So, when the calibration system requests to be pointed at M20, you need to point it at ...?

Hint 5:
blueprints# minus will# = the number you should point the arm when miscalibrating minus M20

Sry I didnt pay enough attention to the "ginger-dude" explaination of how to get the right blue-print.. maybe you can give me the correct number for my game..? That would be great.

Yep, you are on the right track here. Just follow that thought.

Starmaker is right, but it sounds slightly confusing with minus-minus, even for me. Could be that I can't handle math very well though! :P Same thing as 'Hint 5', slightly different approach:

1) Check the offset for the "mechanic arm's default postion" (M20) towards "Morales' will". (count the steps)
2) Look at the "Blueprints" position
3) Find a new position towards "Blueprints" with the same offset as No. 1)

Here you go: the default position M20, Will T17, Blueprint V13
17 -4 = 13
T +2 = V
so your calibration point would be?
M + 2 = O
20 - 4 = 16
O16

Being able to access Johnsen's computer that would show both Blueprint and Will, having the card to readjust the arm, and having Bennet have the LTM to ask for the Will are what's needed to complete this. After that, it's being able to solve the puzzle.
