Confused

Hi, Dave, I'm a bit confused about the Steam voucher. I've never used anything like that before, so I don't understand what it is. I was planning on buying Resonance on Steam today, but apparently there were some issues and it's not for sale yet. (That's why I didn't pre-order, as pre-orders were said to run until the 24th, and I'm undecided which deal is best for me.)

I'd be fine with a direct download link, as long as I could get the game on Steam also. But then I'm reading that people are having problems getting their download links, codes and such, so I'm confused about what to do. I would like the game on Steam when it's available, but who knows when that might be .  I'm still considering the box as I like the behind-the-scenes things.

The game won't be available for purchase on Steam until July 25th. But if you buy it directly through us, you will be given a code that will allow you to PLAY it on Steam. Hope that makes sense!

As for your second question, there were a ton of pre-orders to process at once and it appeared some of them didn't go through. They have emailed me and I forwarded them to the store provider who gave them their download code right away. This was an issue that happened to the pre-orderers only, so if you order the game now there shouldn't be a problem.
