Highlight to view:

On the paper, there is a symbol pointing to a drawing of a keypad. It's the symbol for pi. If you don't know the digits for pi, you can use the console on the left side of the room. The console has a calculator on it, which has a "pi" button on it which will tell you the digits. The combination is the first four digits of pi.

Hello,
I'm currently stuck at the Juno Laboratory. I just can't find the wrench to turn off the water. Talking to the janitor also doesn't help. All the clues, I'm getting, tell me to find the wrench. But where is it?

Have you tried:

Using some of your LTMs on the Janitor? Specifically the one about him?

That puzzle is totally optional, and probably the hardest and most devlish in the entire game. I am not sure how to solve it myself! :) There's another - much easier - way past the door. Focus your efforts on the boulder outside the lab.

HAHAHA :D Your amazing! Really i tried to finish the keypad puzzle for like 2 Hours and now im here^^ But why i didnt remembered that the door can now be opened from outside so that the electric is gone :P Also is the keypad puzzle possible?

The keypad puzzle is totally doable! I solved it. I recommend you get a pen and paper and draw a map of the pins so you know which one does what. It may take a while to get there, though.

Is R. Valdez the doctor your file generated? I think there's 3 different doctors and it's different each time. In any case, if you know his username on the computer, maybe there's a hint to his name somewhere in his e-mails.

Just wanted to say I loved the demo!

The dialog mechanics are pretty amazing, and a long overdue and realistic step forward genre wise..

And also the choice to voice only the spoken dialog sort of finally does away with the crazy genre-convention of the characters speaking to themselves, or a narrator describing stuff.

Well done!  Looking forward to the full game!

Well I did do quite a bit of writing in the later half of the game (as did Janet), although the design and plot was all Vince. :)
Yes, now I see! That Ed guy seems to be very similar to Petra's brother... :)

Don't systems usually have a way to remind you when you forget your password? The doctor obviously doesn't remember his, but if you've discovered his user name...

I'm playing the demo and I got stuck. I accessed the mainframe and completed everything except find file TF283. I tried batch and that didn't work. I tried searching and that didn't work.

 Am I doing something wrong?

Hint: How would Emma look up a file?

Highlight for more hints below:
1) It's not in the mainframe.

2) It's not in any computer

3) Remember that right-clicking lets you "look" at something.

4) Left-click on which one you want to look in, then type in the file number.
