no keyboard input in fullscreen mode

Hi guys,

When I am playing Gemini Rue in fullscreen mode then the keyboard is not working. In windowed mode the keyboard works fine. In fullscreen the buttons pressed on keyboard will be send to other open programs. I can see this because for example the file browser starts to search for a file when typing some characters.

This is my system:
Xubuntu 11.10
Wine 1.4
Graphic driver: fglrx 2:8.881-0ubuntu4.1

Do you have any ideas? Many thanks in advance.

Hm. It looks like you are running the game in an emulator? AGS games tend to be very unpredictable when being run that way, I know that. I'm afraid I don't have any experience with WINE. Hopefully somebody else here does!

I just tried it in fullscreen and i dont have this problem... :-/
Using Wine 1.4 and the last fglrx drivers on openSUSE 12.1.

Try to use ALT+TAB to switch to another running program and then go back to Gemini Rue.

Thanks, the Alt + Tab trick is working. Before this trick I tried to switch to desktop with a keyboard shortcut and selected then again the Gemini Rue application. But that doesn't work.
