Gemeni Rue Collector's Edition Soundtrack Issue

I purchased the Collector's Edition of the game today and copied the soundtrack to my computer but it seems to be incomplete. It includes the tracks 2,4,7,9,10,11,16,23,25 and 26. Are the rest missing or is this how they are intended to be on the disc? Thanks.
