Problem with Hibiscus Heights

Whenever I try to enter Hibiscus Heights from the street after entering Barracus for the second time, the game crashes with the following error:



I'm running 64-bit Windows 7.

Is this is the scene where you are escaping with Matthius, or the scene right after (where you come back to find the location of Center 7)?

It's when you're looking for Center 7.

This bug is very rare (it has maybe a 1/250 chance of occurring) - do you happen to have a saved game from the previous scene where Azriel and Matthius are escaping? If so, if you return to the Hibiscus Highrise lobby and then leave again (and complete the scene) it should fix it.

If I reinstall it and start over should it be fine? Why is it happening?
Dont have an earlier save point but what do you mean to go back and exactly when (after which scene).
Will reinstall and start again later today and pray that it works=)...not that praying works but still...

Save your game in multiple slots so you don't lose your place. I've never heard of that bug honestly.

I reinstalled it and the first chance i could get after escaping the hotel (It's when you first get the chance to switch from delta-6 to azriel), I went back to the hotel and it all went fine=)

I am also getting this error, unfortunately i have no save games before this.

I dont completely understand the "fix" instructions.

any suggestions as to how to get in without completely starting over?
