You need to be sure that you click on every HotSpot that you might come across.  Some of those HotSpots can be picked up by Rosa and used at a later time. 

Just remember that there are all kinds of HotSpots

You know if you paypal account is tied into your bank account, you should still be able to order and then they would be waiting for the funds to get into paypal.  At least that way, you would have it order and then it could be shipped to you as soon as they got the money.  Whether it is different being in the states or in Canada or not, but I know that someone from Canada order something from here in the states and as soon as the funds was put into her paypal account, everything was taken care of on the state's end.  It might be worth looking into.

I also went back to the first letter that I had received and the link for BD is there.  I was going to get ready to say that I hadn't received and email on it either but after reading a previous post I decided to look for the email and well, behold there it was.
