Hi, Dave.
I wanted to ask if you have a copy of the Playground SDK 5.0, I can't download anymore from the PlayFirst Developer site, I don't lose anything if I ask you this.

Make an alternative version of the Noir Oz videogame, take advantage of the Oz fashion, Dave.

And, of course, you can mention vaguely in the speeches references to the ECC videogame. After all, you can't recycle the sprites, but you can mention the characters. A name doesn't have IP or copyright.

If you do it, I'll buy the game inmediately though Steam.

OK. I updated the petition to figure the "IP Rights" Requests than the "Source Code". About publishing in other sites, I haven't done it yet. I'll do it into my Facebook page, through Game Blogs and other more places.

I think the idea of PlayFirst to focus only in the development of Mobile Platforms is so bad: They're leaving too much PC/Mac users without support. Also, they're bringing some PC/Mac-only titles to their extinction, and I think ECC could be one of them.

Dave deserves the rights to keep the sources of ECC, if PF doesn't need it anymore. My idea is to start a petition (Using Avaaz-like online tools) directed to PF, asking for the rights of the game be returned to Dave Gilbert. No more. No less.
