That reminded me that I had this audio file of Abe doing various impersonations of Kenneth Williams to get into the role. :)

Ha, nice. Abe gets that from his burlesque shows obviously. So really is less a gay thing and more of a theater thing.

Well no, there is never even a point where they mention he's gay.

Don't think of him as that, think of him as the highly annoying sales rep. That's really what the character was.

God, it's looking more like Lao is the ONLY level headed character in the end.

Pretty much.  I hesitate to bring up the fact that she is estranged from her parents despite their attempts at reunion, but it sounds like an old wound, not a "bratty" one.

I find stories interesting because people are in bad situations and making bad choices (however well-reasoned they may be).  I'm much more engaged with this type of story than one where everyone acts politely.


It's not so much where I'd prefer squeaky-clean characters that act politely.

Flawed characters are a fascination with me as well. 

But if those characters do something really stupid or insult someone that doesn't deserve it, I'd prefer it if they faced some kind of consequence or internal examination.  Then proceed to grow from there instead of feeling their flaws are enough to excuse those actions or words.

Latha did nothing of the sort.

Either way it's fairly realistic if you are going with that idea. There are in fact people that walk all over other people in this world using their flaws as an excuse.

Also, spoiler comment below:
She only begins to try to make amends on the ending of the game. We don't see the rest.

To be honest, it's never easy to tell what or how much will be done.

Right now it's not even 10% music done. But when this is done it'll be a full length album for sure.

Most of the music will be done Nov-Dec, and then wrapping up sound design in Jan. But that can change depending on progress.

As far as VIs? 100% on both of those tracks are using virtual instruments. This soundtrack will probably be using 100% software/samples. I may have a few surprises, but I'm not sure if I will be able to put them in.

Gemini Rue used 100% software for music. Nothing in that score was real. Unless you count the EWI I played which did have a synth on it that I recorded via audio input. That track was the Bonus Credits theme.

The company I work for CDBaby has a partnership with Rumblefish. Therefore Gemini Rue was put on CDBaby for sale. As a result that soundtrack also opted in for Rumblefish.

So this is MY doing, because I have control of the soundtrack itself.

I didn't really intend this to mess with Let's Play videos. Good to hear it was resolved. I'll have to look up what Rumblefish options I have.

I however probably will not remove that album from Rumblefish since it does protect a few things, such as people claiming it as their own.
