The Shivah / HELP, PROBLEM WITH ANDROID VERSION: 'Beth Tikvah'

I recently downloaded Shivah for my android galaxy s9 and played it through until the part where 'Beth Tikvah' is the next location  to visit but no matter what I do it never lights up on the map or becomes a clickable location! I have uninstalled it, and reinstalled it and played it through again  and it NEVER becomes a place on the map. I'm really upset that I can barely play the game that I bought. Can anyone help me?
