I've just had a thought actually, how far does the demo let you get? I remember getting to a city and talking to a guy who wanted to swap stuff, and a computer terminal you had to enter words to get hidden screens. I could have just been playing the demo.

I honestly can't remember, I mean I only just remembered this game the other day when I found this forum link in my favourites folder :P I'm at least fairly sure it would have been on Steam though..... I'd have to look or just buy it again I guess.
If you I give you my email address are you able to check for me on that humble option? If so then that'd be cool :)

Wow I had a non-spoiler look at how many endings, that's got to be a record for a point and click :P

Primordia / Download and endings.

1) Where would I download the latest version of Primordia? I had a version of it a few years back but since then I've have the computer wiped so.... yeah I have no idea where I even got it from.
I did read about a 2.0 patch that fixed some stuff so that must be later than whatever version I played for sure.

2) Are there multiple endings for this game? I just wonder because I seem to remember there being multiple ways of solving some of the little puzzles and stuff so, it makes me wonder.

3) What's your opinion on two people trying to play the game together? Like coming up with ideas and stuff together. This is the only kind of game I can really play with my mum where she can join in as much as I can really.
We did much the same thing with other games like 'Broken Sword' and 'Beneath a Steel Sky', and that worked out pretty well I think :)

I think your idea of virus scans was a good one, apparently my whole computer was slow but I just never really noticed it over time, until I started up a game on here.
So not only does the game load quicker, but so does pretty much anything else. So thanks for suggesting it :D I know I should probably be doing the scans and stuff anyway, but I just forget most of the time.

Also this game isn't that short, because I suck at working stuff out, so luckily for me it's quite long ;D heh. Much like the Broken Sword games and other point & clicks really.

Thanks for your help :) and yeah I guess I am just hearing familiarity in a lot of robotic voices, because I swear earlier today I passed a robot in Metropol that sounded just like the GDI Eva unit from Command and Conquer :D

Thanks for the reply :D

Drebin was voiced in the English version of MGS4 by    Khary Payton, so yeah it must just be a coincidence. Maybe it is just something I am imaging though, ah well.
Try doing youtube searches for 'Drebin MGS4' or something, see if it's just me :P

I am using the game which was installed from an exe file on a PC (though it's a Laptop), sorry if this seems like kind of basic information but I kind of suck at computer stuff :P I have no idea where it is from as I had my friend get it on here for me, though I have to assume it's from Steam as he was showing me Steam on here too.

Thanks :)

I am new to the forum and to the game but I wanted to ask a few questions if I can. Some story related and others uh, not.

(please remember I only just got to Metropol, so no spoilers please)

1) Who voices Leopold the selling robot? I found it amusing that he sells 'hard to find items' and voice wise reminds me of Drebin from Metal Gear Solid 4. I seriously doubt it's the same guy doing the voices though.

2) The game takes a long time to open each time I start it up, is this normal? I mean 10 minutes and up sometimes.

3) Was the game designed to be like 'Beneath a Steel Sky'? I really like the setup with a main character and a helper, especially in the Steampunk-ish distopian future kind of world.

There was probably more I wanted to ask, but I'm sure I will think of more later. Thanks :)
